Conference Cener AtriumAtrium

The Conference Center’s Atrium is the place where people come to meet. It is main gathering location for groups using the Center. The Atrium is an ideal place for breaks or networking receptions. Many groups use the Atrium to greet their conference guest and hold their registration check-in for their event. This part of the Center is also an ideal location for a limited number of exhibitor displays.

Auditorium

Our 150-seat auditorium is an outstanding room for a picture-perfect opening session or a professional presentation. The environment is designed to be soothing and relaxing while providing a superior setting for any major presentation or keynote address. The advanced audio capability along with the oversized screen makes this room a wonderful place for impressive video projection or presentations.

Ballroom

The 4,300 square foot Ballroom provides you with the ultimate in flexibility. From a classroom setting for 156, to a theater setting for more that 350 or a tasteful banquet for 300, this room gives you the most options for choosing the most suitable seating arrangements for your event. But should you need a smaller spaces for your meeting we can install the soundproof partition walls thus creating three separate 1,400 square foot meeting spaces that can be set anyway you desire.

Suite 400

Many groups enjoy the privacy and intimacy Suite 400 has to offer and will often make it their first choice when using the Center. Ideal for groups up to 50, the Suite has its own private dining room along with direct access to the Library area.

Computer Training Lab

The UT Conference Center features two state-of-the-art multimedia computer labs. Check out our Technical Specifications. Each Lab is equipped with state of the art Dell brand computers, both labs run the latest XP operating systems software. Custom client software can easily be installed on each work station for employee or customer training programs. If you have problems finding an instructor for your computer training sessions, let us help. We have an entire University to ask.

Dining Room

While any of the smaller breakout rooms can be adapted to seat small groups for meal functions, we have our main dining room which is permanently dedicated to our client’s food service needs. The UT Conference Center Dining Room is ideal for most lunches and dinners for groups up to 180 and for groups any larger, the Ballroom must then be used which will seat groups up to 300. Meals of all kinds are available ranging from full table service menus to bountiful buffets can be provided. Our full-service kitchen makes it possible to provide your conference with everything from a soup and sandwich lunch for ten people, to a semi-formal banquet for three-hundred, with full table service.

Executive Conference Room

Our elegantly appointed Executive Conference Rooms provides a formal but comfortable atmosphere for those high-profile meetings and power lunches. High-backed leather chairs and hardwood sideboards evoke a feeling of Victorian-era industry, competence and productivity. But don't let the old-world ambiance fool you. The executive conference room provides an elegant and well-designed place for private meetings or dinners.

Small Meeting Rooms

The flexibility to foster working sessions, breakouts, and small group discussion is built in to the UT Conference Center. With a myriad of small to medium sized meeting rooms to accommodate portions of your function or conference, you have many options available for creative scheduling, multiplying session offerings, and increasing personal interaction.
