All participants attending the TN Food and Wine Festival are required to abide by all federal, state, and local laws. Participants are also required to comply with the Knoxville Convention Center and the University of Tennessee’s rules and regulations. Any person/persons violating these rules and regulations will be escorted from the event without a refund for their ticket and/or classes purchased. No one under the age of 21 will be allowed to consume or possess any alcoholic beverage. No one will be served any additional alcoholic beverages, if they appear to be intoxicated. The University of Tennessee reserve the right to remove any individual from the Festival for any reason.
